The restaurant is the heart of Casa Ruggeri. Every dish here begins with a simple ingredient: our roots. We then add a pinch of study, a sprinkle of creativity, and a handful of passion, and we stir vigorously.

On our table you will find only the freshest, best products. We pick some of them with our own hands, while others are always carefully chosen by us. That's why our food tastes different. We make our pizza, pasta, meat, and desserts, all in-house.

As grandpa would say, “everyone envies our pizza”. The secret is a unique combination of flours, 36 hours of rising, our pizzaiolo’s hands and a wood oven. That’s where the magic happens!Pasta
Read carefully if you love pasta. Our is handmade, just like Nonna would do on a Sunday. She would use the largest table to knead as much pasta as possible for the entire family. What a feast! Do you remember the smell all around the house? Our pasta is also the result of careful making and many small daily gestures for all those in love with authentic, traditional flavours.Meat
The quality of our meat is always certified. We carefully choose cooking methods to maximize the flavour of each cut, so that every mouthful tastes amazing.Desserts
Desserts always come at the end. We could eat them at any time. Perhaps even as starters, why not? We make our desserts, as well, with just our hands, paying attention to every detail. The large indoor restaurant used to be our family hall, where we gathered at the weekends. It didn’t change a lot, now that we think about it. You are our family now. Here you’ll find a lot of space and a relaxed atmosphere, to make you feel good.
Our garden is one of the reasons some of our guests come from far away. Lunch and dinner are served under olive trees and with a view of Monterotondo’s historical town centre. Beautiful landscapes for a dream coming true!
